Submitted an online order but then i was told that the two items i ordered was back ordered with no ETA. i asked for similar items for substitution, "unfortunately" they are also not available. i give credit to the CS for trying to help, but thumbs down for the inventory management. what a waste of time for my cigar gift ideas!
