The posted hours of operation are not correct. Expect them to open a half hour after they say they will and if a "be back in 5" sign is up expect them to be back after 30-45 minutes. In both cases a guy young guy will stroll in like he owns the place with food and excuses about long lines at a restaurants. You can tell if this is the case, because there will be a crowd standing in front of the door grumbling, leaving because they are mad, swearing they will never come back because this is the 20th time they have had to wait. Good prices and good location, you just never know if anyone will be there when you stop by. If any other smoke shop opened with good prices in Provo I think they would be out of business. Customer service issues, old lady and young guy have crap people skills and should find work away from people.
I came to this store to purchase a specific kind of shisha (Starbuzz; Passion Kiss) I purchased 3 tins (100g). When I got home I went to use them, and all three tins where expired by 2 YEARS!!! All of the flavor was wrong and I could not smoke it. I would not go back to this store.
This shop has a lot of your smoking needs, the one younger girl employee is really nice, but the owner/manager of the shop is a terrible person, one of those money grubbing fascist types. Only shop here if you have to, I wouldnt support someone like her.
Ever since the new owners took over, this shop has been wonderful. They definitely have a vast selection of everything you could ask for a smoke shop to have. Great glass, excellent hookahs, best variety of shisha in Utah county, and the customer service there is superb. I've not once had any problems with going there. They treat me very well and they always know how to take care of their customers. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.
