Moab Brewery

Before trying out the Moab Brewery, two other places in town terribly disappointed us -- the BBQ place for one which served barely edible meat. You know, it had that green iridescent shine on it. Anyway, the Moab brewery had some great beers and a very delicious burger. The staff proved friendly. I'd say best place to go in Moab. We will hit it up every time we are in time. for sure. thanks.

A must visit when passing through Moab. Solid menu w a variety of options. Delicious craft beer with custom bottles to take home. The atmoshphere is always lively and upbeat. Can get very busy at times but usually worth the wait and most likely just as busy down the street.

I had the Rye IPA in a can, because any tap beer sold in UT has to be at a 3.2%abv. It was better then their standard IPA. Also I shared a plate of Nachos and a ice cream brownie. Both were huge portions, just fine to split and were fairly good for bar food. The next time I'll get the in house gelato to go, if you do that it's 15% off the gelato and looks tastier then the ice cream. All the kids seemed to think so.

I wasn't super thrilled with this place. After a long weekend of camping and hiking, sitting down for a meal and having a beer sounded nice but this place left a bit to be desired. Beer was average at best. Food tasted like it had came out of a bag and was overpriced for what it was.Service wasn't bad. I wasn't appalled by anything here but I wasn't blown away, either,

Was in on 10/16/14. We were hoping for a good meal after a long week in the canyons. Made the mistake of ordering the same dinner. They switched the prime rib - one was to be medium, one well done. By the time we figured it out, it was too far into the meal. Desperate for a serviceable meal, we ended up having to pay the check and transfer to another restaurant - the first time in my life I've had to abort a restaurant meal. You'd think they could develop a system for executing the simplest thing! No go. A very bad and expensive night. And the Pinot tasted like cheap box wine that had been put in an open container and left overnight. It should have been a relaxing end to a tough trip. The bad experience still resonates with me. .
