Terrible start to a Thursday. First, customer service sucks! Three people in front doing nothing and yet there was no "Hi welcome to Starbucks" but instead a dumb look on all their faces saying, "Who's up front? Who has front register." Second, Of my order, if I didn't physically point out the cup size I ordered I think he, Brian I think his name was, would have given me the smaller of my paid order. Third, The high school mentality behind the counter is annoying. I ordered a Mocha and instead the girl made a caramel machiado! I pointed it out and instead of getting an apology for the mix up the morning crew just laughed at each other about the mistake. ***SIGH This is the VERY last time I ever go there in the morning. It's not like it was busy. I was one of the three people who were in there anyway. I understand why now.
I've tried to work here several times, but holy crow the staff is obnoxiously loud. Constantly slamming stuff, yelling at each other. The other thing is the flies inside Starbucks. Seriously, I'm not sure if it's the time of year or just Farmington in general, but today I spent most of my time shoo'ing flies from my cup of coffee. Weird.
