I go there before work usually around 6 or 7 am to get a quick breakfast and coffee. But there always out of the bread I want. They just opened though? I don't say anything and just get a different bread. Now I like my iced coffee with the vanilla flavor with extra cream. The one in Layton always seem to do it perfect. But this one sometimes its good sometimes its just nasty. Also with the hash browns I seem to get them burned or not warm. The costumer service is ok. I pass by in the day and see no cars... Would it be because of these reasons? Finally the food is good they just need to be consistent in making it the same every time. The costumer service is ok.
I always ordered hot chocolate and it was fast but they always put too much sugar even I told them nit to. And service is not that good either.
Unfortunately all the reviewers on here are accurate. Dunkin donuts in Bountiful is horrible and I won't be back. Ordered texas toast breakfast sandwich with hasbrowns. Toast was stale and extremely hard, not edible in any sense. Hashbrown were oily and soft not crispy. Orange juice was fine. For over six bucks it was a disappointing experience. This place needs to figure things out quickly or they will not have any customers left.

I work right up the street and have frequented DD often! Hoping for a better experience each time, I am a true believer in learning from ones mistakes. I order the same thing every time yet, it is never the same thing once I get it. There is no consistency, and the staff is clueless on customer service. I have never had a Latte prepared and taste so many different ways. Once I decided to try something new when they were sold out of my bagel at 730am, I was given 6 dark greasy hash browns that wreaked of old oil and were absolutely disgusting, and the sand which #5 had old cheese and a spongy egg. This is not food, this is garbage! Today especially, my Latte has a sour/bitter taste and my bagel is not fresh. Disappointing, guess I will go back to Starbucks even if it cost more!
