Food was good service is fast thanks , But it would be nice to get some pop with the cup full of ice . Less ice more pop please. .
Closes at 10pm. Not 11pm. Had a line of people trying to get in at 10:01, silly to close that early, at a truck stop, with a constant flow of road trippers as well. Food took a long time, and then was cold. Bathroom smelt like our hadn't been cleaned in a while. And employees were burnt out, even worse then what you'd normally see at a fast food joint.
If you have to 'just have Wendy's' at this location, use the drive thru... It's always busy inside and they never have enough employees to help out.
Ran out of ingredients for promo item. Also out of chocolate Frosty. Forgot to give us sauce we asked for. Gave us incorrect items with kids' meals.
The worst customer service I have ever received from a manager. She took her time giving us our food so it was cold he didn't complete the order and when we told her it was missing fries she bit our heads off and told us to pay for them then when I went back to the counter she barked at me "problem" and then threw the receipt at me with corporates number on it. Food was thrown together. Not impressed.
