We have traveled I-15 for many years but today (2/11/15) at about 2:00 PM we discovered a well kept secret. We were looking for a place to have a nice sit down lunch and relax before continuing our trip on to St. George UT for the day. We normally stop in Fillmore (North of Beaver) but elected to go on a few more miles. We took the last off ramp on the south side of Beaver, made a right turn and about 300 feet ahead of us was the Timberline Inn. We found ourselves in a very friendly, clean attractive dining area. It has been sometime since I ordered pot roast dining out but this homemade fresh food was as good as it gets! Outstanding service and reasonable prices. We're going to stop by for breakfast on our way back north in a few weeks. Everyone said "don't miss breakfast". We won't!
