Went thru the drive thru and was giving cold stale frys and watched the lady in the drive thru use her bare hand to wipe the rim of my cup clean... Disgusting. While waiting for fresh fries and a clean cup, the burger cooker walked out the door and smoked next to my truck while my wife waited for me... Then proceeded to go right back to work... Needless to say we didn't eat our food and got our money back.
