I do agree that the service is very slow. If you only have an hour to grab lunch, you really need to plan ahead. The customer service is great. The people are very friendly. If you go through the drive-thru it's hard to understand them, but not if you go in. I think the outside speaker is messed up. The food is really good. It's the only place we get Chinese food here. The price is good and you get a ton of food. I would tell everyone to go here.
Do not go here if you are pressed for time. The SLOWEST DRIVE THRUE I have ever been to in Waxahachie, and you cannot even understand the people that work there. The food is OKAY if you get what you ordered. If you do not get what you ordered the manager is NOT going to admit it was their fault. I have had SEVERAL ISSUES with not getting my order correct, and SEVERAL PROBLEMS with the manager being a complete idiot! If I were a manager, and I have been, I would give the customer what they ordered and not tell them that is right WHEN THEY KNOW IT IS NOT RIGHT! I did not want free food, only what I paid for! She also refuses to let me talk with the owner. I will NEVER return to THE WALL in Waxahachie again because the manager is a complete moron!

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and received the sweet and sour pubic hair. Yeah, pretty nasty huh. I ate about half and then found a pubic hair on one of the chicken pieces. Needless to say, I didn’t finish it. I will NEVER eat here again. I didn’t call to tell them. It’s pretty obvious that kitchen is dirty. A Pubic hair; / I’m gonna vomit now.
The worst chinese food I ever had. I'm live here in Texas now,but I'm from NYC that's great Chinese food. They need to go there an get lessons on how to cook.
