I don't get a chance to go by every morning, but when I do, somehow the guy at the window remembers my voice and how I like my coffee. Makes me feel special. :)
The best Starbucks that I have been to, the staff is always friendly and polite and they remember my drink and double cup it, no sleeve.
Worst service out of all the Starbucks I have been too. Slow and unfriendly staff every time I come in. Considering I come in every morning since there is not another Starbucks close.
I've been to many Starbucks in the metroplex and by far this is my favorite one of them all. I guess I'm a little partial since I live in Red Oak. The staff are awesome, they are very friendly, they have never made an error on my drink and they know how to manage a large crowd with a smile and a great attitude.
