Ann's is a great addition to Waxahachie. The prices beat other stores, even the big chain stores! And the employees are always nice and grow to know customers by name. Overall, Ann's is an oasis of healthy options found nowhere else this side of the Trinity River.
The Knowledge from the manager or owner not sure which is awesome. He will talk with you in detail about your concerns or questions. I would not go anywhere else. I am amazed at the Poor reviews. He must not of been there or had new employees that he was not aware of. If you think the pricing is bad he will give you a discount.
Love the store but it is expensive unfortunately
Horrible. Realized I purchased the wrong products minutes after walking out of the store brought it back to exchange it, there was a price difference of $30 or something and they would not refund me the difference even though I made the original purchase five minutes previously. To make matters worse they were rude about my request and their prices are twice that of other stores and three times as much as online. They've definitely lost my business.
The folks here really care about their customers!
