They're nice-ish but every time I come to this starbucks something is always wrong. Like today. I ordered a salted caramel frap. The label says Mocha frap with toffee nut (I asked for caramel ) syrup and it is NOT sweet. At all. It just tastes like espresso blenfed with ice. I knew there was a reason I didn't come to this one.
I am one HIGHLY upset customer. Not only did it take forever in the drive-thru, my Very Berry Refresher tasted like plain water, AND when I opened my bagel at work I discovered it was completely burnt! I will NEVER go back to this Startbucks again.
The baristas here are casual workers - speed is not one of their strong points as it seems they're more interested in hanging out with their friends at work rather than make things happen. They often make the drinks incorrectly. I had been a regular here often coming multiple times a day; but something changed with the personel a few months ago and things have been lacking ever since. Sad really.
There coffee is full of cafen and gets you in your feet
If you like real coffee, this is the place to go. I am an espresso drinker, so I’m not just talking about their lattes and frappuccinos. The Baristas are always friendly and knowledgeable!! Their service is always awesome. This is a great place to study or just chitchat with a friend. Keep up the good work guys! = ]
