New to running and went in to purchase shoes. The shoe guy knew exactly how to evaluate my stride and shoe size. He took his time and I tried several shoes. Due to this great service my feet and legs feel way better during and after running. The shoes were less than I expected to pay. Bonus!
This is by far the best outdoor shop I have been too. I recently bought a bike from them that had a factory defect, and they have moved mountains to make it right at no cost to me. I will happily drive the 100 miles to go to this shop instead of the local bike shops. The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly and the store has a great selection of outdoor equipment. I highly recommend this store!
Outdoor Waco is a phenomenal place! The selection of bikes, the employee knowledge and service, and the outdoor experience is second to none. The general manager, Trinity Robb, is forward-thinking and is a great leader.

I love this place, the staff is awesome and very helpful, they have a wide selection of quality products, affordable rentals, and a great little coffee shop too. Its at a great location as well, perfect place to meet up with friends for a ride, then afterwards you hang out at the coffee shop to recover. A+
