Easily ordered the 'enchanted cottage' bouquet over the phone for my mom's birthday. I was able to exchange the clear glass vase for a mercury glass vase and have the flowers delivered the same day as ordered. I live out of state, but my mom was very happy with the flowers. Would definitely order again from Baylor Flowers!
Ordered a bouquet for my mom to be delivered today. It is AMAZING. When I called to place the order the customer service I received was stellar. I will definitely start using Baylor Flowers as my "go to" florist for all occasions. The prices are competitive, with a quality that is top notch.
A family member had been transferred to a hospital in Waco, TX. The entire hospital community recommended the Baylor flower shop very highly which was very comforting as I was calling from Dallas, TX. The shop assisted me over the phone as their website did not have a few of the items that I had requested. Lauren assisted me with the order and was very patient and polite. Excellent customer service! They even offered to continue to call the hospital to ensure that my loved one was transferred so that it could be delivered when she arrived. Would recommend.

Baylor Flowers did an awesome job for me, despite the busy time surrounding graduation day. I wanted to have a bouquet of flowers and a stuffed penguin for my (now) fiancee as part of my proposal, and Baylor Flowers totally nailed it!
