We order here frequently from work and the order is almost never made correctly. We finally decided to call last week when we did not receive dipping sauce for chicken strips and a baked potato we ordered did not have any toppings (which we ordered extra on the side). The manager informed us he would give us 50% off of our next order if we asked for him when we went up there. We tried to order multiple times on the website today, but it wouldn't give us an order number, so I called. I placed the order with the hostess, who was rude. I was naming the food as it showed on the website and she kept correcting me and saying I meant something else. When we went to pick up the food, the hostess told us where all of the food was in the boxes. My co-worker who went with me told me she was looking me up and down as I was speaking with the manager. I paid for the food and went back to the office. When I opened my box, I noticed the burger was missing lettuce and onions. I was highly upset that the order was messed up again. I was grateful that we did received the 50% discount as promised. Although the food is good, we will not be ordering from here anymore because there are too many issues with our orders.
Real nice restaurant and bar. Awesome steak, and the cheddar mashed potatoes are the best I've ever had!
I used to come here for the great burgers. They apparently changed the meat to save cost. No flavor and half the size but still $10.99.
This was our first visit to BJ's, and we went a little after 1PM today 7-28-14. The restaurant was nicely furnished and comfortable. Our waiter came to take our order, but it took awhile for us to get our drinks. Then we waited almost 1/2 hour for our food. Our meals were good, but the service was much too slow. The restaurant was less than 1/2 full, and everyone seemed to get slow service from what we saw. I doubt we will ever eat there again.
Ong the food is outstanding n they got a full bar so I get me a foo foo drinks plus they have there own hone brewed. Beers the blonde is excellent n the service is great also ...its all good here. :-)
