So, I had heard good things about it. It looked nice. It was my first time going and it happened to be a Sunday. Figured the lack of people in there would allow the quality of the service to be exceptional and more attentive...Complete Opposite. All of the employees were sitting at the bar doing absolutely nothing about anything. The big guy behind the counter was one of the laziest guys I have ever met. Not only was he complaining about having to walk a few steps but after admitting that the hookah was "a little harsh" (to put it lightly) did nothing about it. First and last time I will ever go there. Ice House was 10x better!
Overly priced with horrid service and very loud music. Guy who brought us the hookahs said if it ever gets to harsh to just blow in the hose some to get rid of the old smoke, did so and water came out flooding the bowl and ruining the hookah. Water got all over the table causing a mess ruining some things we brought wanted us to pay for a new bowl all together and didn't bother to clean up the mess caused by it. Under the older management it was run a lot better with better service. Last time I'll ever go there.
Badass flavors and a really chill environment with comfy couches and bean bags.... They also have some pool tables and the management is really chill....
