Have eaten here a few times and the food is outstanding all while a friendly waitstaff, the price's are comparable to Mells Dinner, as well as the rest of the place for that matter! Great place, highly recommended.
My wife and I noticed that the cafe was now open and stopped in for lunch to check it out. The food was good and prices were reasonable and the service was great. Looking thru their menu I noticed they had a chili hamburger and asked one of the waiters if they had chili. The waiter told me they listed it as one of the soups of the day and asked him what day of the week would the chili be served. He didn't know. So I called and called and called the numer on the menu throughout the day at different times but it was always busy which led me to believe they took it off the hook. So I went on line and sent them a "Post Card" kinda their email. Well it's been more than a week and no response. I even wrote them a letter and faxed it to them today. Bet I never hear from them even though I gave them my phone #. If this is the best customer service they provide, I'll never grace their cafe with our presence again. Keep this up and they will fold.
