I placed an order to go for lunch, and requested no bun on my burger due to an allergy. Sure enough, my burger was made completely wrong and they put a bun on it. When I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, she was rude, interrupted me, blamed me for their mistake, and was hard to talk with. I've had terrible customer service from Chili's lately and am so unhappy with the way the restaurant is run. I'M NEVER COMING BACK AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!
What happened to this place? I use to love it here and the service was great now idk. The waiters change all the time. U either get slow service or they rush u out. I started to get takeout bc I thought it would be easier and boy was I wrong....my order is ALWAYS wrong. Oh and the managers I have seen are always goofing off.
Oversalted food. Even the fresh veggies were oversalted straight from the kitchen. Only go if you have a sodium deficiency.
I will start by saying I have never reviewed a restaurant before so I am not the kind of person to take time out of my day to bash restaurants. I have been to many Chili's restaurants including College Station and Baytown. This is my 10th time to eat at this particular restaurant and it has never offered satisfactory service. The food is good, but the service is terrible. Almost every time I have been here there has not been a hostess to greet customers at the door. After waiting to be seated (while at least 4 tables are available), the wait staff is terribly slow and unfriendly. I would not recommend this particular Chilis. Drive the extra 10 miles to 1960.
They are making substitutions to the ingredients used. You dont get whats on the menu. When you bring it up to them they tell you thats the way they have allways made it.I eat out a lot and have gone to this location since 2008 its not true. The quality use to be really good but for some reason not anymore. Currently eating lunch in another part of town and food is still made the same there so whats the deal with this place in cypress?
