I had a great time at Baker's Street because the band Kaos was awesome. The night was ruined when the waitress brought us a drink with two crumpled receipts in the bottom of the glass. I brought it to the manager's attention and he had an "it happens" attitude then proceeded to act like he was doing us a favor by charging us for the drink then comp'ing it.
Smoking in this place kills everything. You will come out smelling like an ashtray. The bartenders are rude and very very slow. Everyone is entitled to an off day so I gave this place 3 chances before writing this review. Each time seemed worse then the last. I will never goto to this place again!
don't bother coming. Sat here for 10min, didn't get any greeting at our table AT ALL. Now I'm Sitting here (40 min later) 3 tables sat WAY after us got multiple orders before us. Sweet. The service was awful.Haley was our waitress btw. I work in an industry based solely on customer service and this just isn't acceptable. She had the personality of a rock.
This could be such a great pub, it's certainly one of the better english pubs I've been to outside the uk (I'm british) but unfortunately I will not and cannot go there. The smell of smoke has just got so bad. I leave smelling like an ash tray and barely able to breath.
Great place for a great meal or just meet up with friends any time of the year! !
