some good shit but no help
i get it... it is a smoke shop. i smoke. this place should hire non-smokers because the stoners can't even answer the phone! the only thing high there is the prices. sucky stoner service is what one could expect, but this is still a business and as a customer, you deserve better.
I don't buy anything here except coals and shisha for my hookah. Good selection, decent prices, service ok, depending on which girl it is. This is one of the only places I go to for my hookah necessities.
I needed help finding a certain something and Ralph helped me find exactly what I needed. He walked me through the directions so that i could better understand how to use the product and explained a lot to me. He was definitely a big help.
