Do NOT stop at this Dairy Queen! We had no choice since this seemed to be one of a few food establishments around that area,,,for miles. We must have waited about 20 minutes or more for our food. The cashier got everything wrong, and did not know what was on their own menu when we ordered jalitos. Throughout the 20+ minutes, they brought our order out one item at a time. We had to keep going up to the counter to see what the holdup was. This was the worst customer service ever, and the workers simply don't give a crap! And the food was lousy! Cold and hard, not fresh as if it had been sitting around for days. I recommend driving a few miles more and waiting until you get to the next area. This was the worst experience ever!
Average food average service but it took too long to get two small ice cream cones. No one seemed to be in any hurry. The store was fairly clean and the staff was keeping the tables bussed. I'd eat here again.
None of the staff seemed trained properly and things were not getting done in a timely manner there was a total of 6 people working and it seemed like none of them could handle working anything by themselves.
I don't know what that first reviewer is talking about, this Dairy Queen was terrific. They got the order right, the food was hot when they put it on the table for us, they were nice as can be and our dinner was not only great tasting, it was just the right portions to completely satisfy our hunger, all at a better than reasonable price. I'll swing in here everytime I'm passing it. We had the Hunger Buster combos, which were served to us within 8 minutes of us sitting down, which was surprising because they were being pounded with a lot of customers, including a bus load of kids that day.
This place is run by teenage girls. We we're waiting for 15 minutes for one of the girls to finish her conversation with her friend while the others were conversating with each other. Worst customer service I could've made that burger myself if! Not that I was expecting much but if I wanted to eat crap I would've been better off eating at the gas station than this place. If ozona had more choices along the main road I would've definitely gone there instead.
