Went here for the first time. The waitress was amazing but the food was awful. Ordered a well done 10oz ribeye and they brought me a 6oz sirloin. I put steak sauce on it and cut it open and it just poured blood. I asked the waitress to have them make me another one. We were sitting close to the kitchen and I actually heard the cook tell her that he was just gonna throw it back on the grill. If I'm gonna pay 25 dollars for a steak I want what I'm paying for. Asked for the manager which did nothing because she acted like she couldn't care less. Another member of my party ordered a burger which was also raw. I mean the cows were mooing in this place from all the raw meat. I advise people to stay away if they don't want food poisoning!!!
I took a friend who lived in Montogomery for her 60th birthday and was terribly disappointed. Honestly the food was NOT good. Even the pecan cobbler.. (How about putting a few pecans in it) Did not try any steaks but the shrimp was overcooked. The server was great but would not recommend this place
Thank you Ransom's for a wonderful lunch! From all of us - with The Woodlands Harley Chapter #1420. You sat us at our tables and had our food out quickly - for 32 people all at once! You Rock! We all loved our food, and for me personally - That was the BEST Gumbo I have ever had! - and just so you know...I grew up on Cajun Food. I wanted a Gallon to go. Is that possible? laughing...no really :) I look forward to returning with my Chapter again soon!
Ate there once...ordered a Ribeye steak they brought me a Sirloin Strip. The cook doesn't know the difference. Charged me for a Ribeye said it was a Ribeye. This place is made for people that don't know the difference. My friend James Smelley said the exact same thing happened to him there too. Raised cattle over 20 years and I can butcher meat. I know the difference. They just are ripping people off. Cheap strip steak at Ribeye prices.
Ordered a ribeye steak, medium - was one of the worst steaks I've had. Would not recommend this restaurant. People and service were good but food gets a big thumbs down.
