Great wine, staff and fun place to relax with friends!! Try the Cab Franc!! My Fav! ♥
I am among 'Cork This' winery's biggest fans. Anytime I need a birthday gift, or something to bring along to a dinner party or Bunco game this is the first place I go. Karla and Toni are there every day and they really know and care about their customers, who also become their friends. They have many different types of wine (that they make and bottle themselves) and are always refreshing their boutique offerings as well. This is THE place to go to unwind and de-stress because they always invite you to belly up to the bar and discuss what's new. Elegant, yet homey...and now they have a private event space which I love for rehearsal dinners and bridal luncheons for my wedding clients. Go see them and tell them I said hello!
On our wine tour weekend, some of the most unique wines and pairings were at Cork This. They have a nice cozy atmosphere. Some of the help clearly didn't know wine culture (offered to refill our not-yet-empty glass with a different wine..) but someone knew how to pair them well as the chocolate-Merlot pairing was probably the best we had all weekend.
Fabulous! We visiting on a mini vaca from the city and were beyond impressed! Great atmosphere, service, and the wine... OMGosh!!!
