Starbucks

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. The seating area is large, has high ceilings, and is reminiscent of a Starbucks from a much larger city. Wonderful location. Also the WiFi is very fast, good for HD movie watching etc.

I like Starbucks allot that's why I give it 2 starts. But this establishment is poorly staffed. Employees need customer service training. Rude employees. Walked in and greeted a male employee in the late afternoon hrs when it was absolutely not busy. No cars in drive thru and no line inside he just turned his back to me and walked away. Then turns around with an attitude I'd expect from a teen girl asking what I was waiting for. Uuummm someone to take my order obviously. Which he didn't even take. Some older woman came and took my order. She was pleasant. Then I don't hear my drink called all so I walk over and ask if that was my drink and no one responded. All employees had their backs to the customers and chatted amungst themselves. Wow morning is so hectic but way better staff. They are at least polite.

Great products and friendly staff. Always a good experience

Newest Starbucks in the Midland area as of this review. Standard coffee and pastry fare, strong WiFi signal. Being new affects the quality of service since you can tell it takes the freshly trained baristas a bit longer to make the specialty drinks. It can be a problem especially when it's rush hour and you've got 8-10 people waiting for their orders. One thing I noticed inside is the prevalence of flies/flying insects. Limited parking.
