OMG. This place is culinary heaven. Food is incredible and full of flavor. My waitress was Autumn and was very attentive, friendly, and fast. I'm from out of town or else I'd frequent this place.
This is my go to restaurant everytime we are in the Midland/Odessa area. The crawfish ettouffe is almost perfect. Could be a little spicier. The fried catfish is awesome. The best we have eaten (and we travel around Louisiana and Texas). I hear the shrimp is the best, too. Will have to get that next.
Wonderful place. Only thing wrong today was, no fried oysters. They were all out.
Tried the crawfish etouffee and it was too spicy and after 1 bite, was unable to enjoy the rest of my meal. Not everyone likes things that spicy. They need to tone it down a lot and let the customers add their on hot sauce. My husband and I enjoy the rest of the things on the menu but the etoufee only deserves 1 star.
Clear Springs Cafe is the BEST.The Service is Awesome. The way it gets busy to the point theres no seating to wait in there you cant help it that just tells you how good of a place it is.... The Bar always has people drinking. The Onion Rings are delicious.
