The employees manage to mess up an order every time it is placed. My time dining inside was unfavorable. The décor is unclean, and they "run out" of many choices. We had to tell the waiter our order three times before she got the "food" correct, but she still brought back the same soured tea. If someone takes your order correctly, the food tastes decent.
Although the food here is fair (bordering good), the decor is generic and unclean, and there is virtually no service whatsoever. Seldom do employees even acknowledge their patrons after entering the establishment and I have actually had to call out to them and wave one down despite how they could clearly see me. Most of the time, the employees are talking among themselves or doing idle busy work, many of whom appear untrained in their duties—especially customer relations. The cooks and waitresses frequently mess up the order in some way and the quality of their food is inconsistent at best. This Pizza Hut may have been good sometime long ago, but not anymore.
The people here are very friendly. They keep a smile and greet everyone when they come through the door. The service is excellent and it doesnt take long to get your food.
