This is a great place. The owners live on the property and can be seen every day keeping the park clean. They are wonderful people and they make you feel at home. We also met and talked with others and everyone was very nice. The site we stayed in was cement paved, and level side to side. Only minor front to back was required with the tongue Jack. We had no problem getting our Dish HD setup, Verizon cell signal full bars LTE. My wife's T-Mobile was hit and miss with most of the time having no signal. The WiFi was a little weak where we were but we were still able to get online. There was a little road noise but it wets quiet early. The Trees are kept trimmed and in good shape. They add a cozy feel of nature. There is a nice pool area with a BBQ grill available for use. We had no troubles with any connections elect, sewer, water. We will definitely be back. We were in a 31' TT.
This is a phenomenal place to stay. the owners make you feel so welcome and so part of a family. Every resident I met was friendly and helpful. It's a great group of people (many of whom are long term). Definitely will stay there any time I am in the area. Highly recommended!
I am happy that I chanced to stay here. It was more than just a parking space with electric and sewer hook ups; it was a cozy and friendly place to find solace from many hard days on the open road. The people make the place I was once told, and it seems that many of those who came here decided to stay. I hope to return.
The owners of this park have carved a beautiful, peaceful area in the woods. You can plan on a great nights sleep here. It has easy access to Hwy 59. There are great eating places nearby for the weary traveler. The park is still in the building and improving stage so few amenities but it is great just as it is. The owners could not be more accommodating. They are enthused and anxious to complete the work on the park. They are happy doing what they are doing and it shows. welcoming, we enjoyed the pull through site, and was very quiet and peaceful. We will definitly return.
