I went in to get my Johnson outboard serviced and the lady at the front desk had the personality of a snail.... It was like I was bothering her to be there, as she was getting my information off of my boat motor I had to ask her when to expect to be completed. She reluctanly told me two weeks, (I wish she would have told me that over the phone before I drove 50 miles) "Two weeks wow, I will just do it myself" I then found Norman's Outboard they dont look like CH but at least the know how to act like they want your business, Normans even tried to diagnose my problem while I waited and told me they would have it done in two days!! I would not buy a boat plug from these people!!!! Not very pleased!!!!
