I live very close and don't waste my time. The last two times I went they were out of Pike Place coffee. If you can't keep up don't offer three brews of coffee. Obviously Pike Place is popular if you are always running out. I don't want to feel like I am gambling with my time as I wait in line to find out if they have run out of the coffee I want. Or worse, for them to try to fill your cup with something else and hope you don't notice. Yes, I have seen them do it.
I can't stand Starbucks I honestly don't see what's so special about it. Panera bread is 10times better than Starbucks.
I love this store. The staff is so incredibly Nice! Everyone is great but you can ask for Christian, Picabo or Melissa if you want a superstar.
They are very nice people. They have awesome drinks. Everyone there serves drinks with a smile on their face.
