If i could give it zero stars I would. THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. 9 times out of 10 they get my drink wrong. This becomes very problematic because I have a severe allergy to regular milk, so I must get soy. They almost always give me normal milk, even when I ask them about 4 times if it's soy (which of course they say yes and then I end up very very sick because it isn't soy). Not only do they make horrible drinks, but they also get the food orders wrong, which I didn't even know was possible because the menu is so straight forward a 4 year old could "make" or get the correct pastry if asked. Whenever I go there it's like talking to a wall, but I'm sure the wall could do a better job than these inept people. I've given this place about 50 different chances, and they've messed up about 45 of those 50 times. I'm never going to this starbucks again and I would urge everyone to never go there!!!!!!

My co-workers, bosses and I came to Starbucks after a late meeting we had here a few weeks ago. The staff was quick and very friendly. Served us all of our drinks and got them all right the first time. They were close to closing but they were still very nice and didnt get annoyed with 10 people walking in all at once that late at night. Oh and the coffee was excellent but do you really expect anything less from Starbucks?? lol I will definitely go back.
Flies! So many flies! Like several dozen!Absolutely repulsed when I walked in! Lost my appetite and left!
