Entre showed up before appetizer. Waited twenty minutes for our ticket. One refill. While waiting for ticket we where told by mgr. the table was reserved for other patrons. I assume ticket was lost and a new one was created.
Love the service an food I havent had a good steak in along time . Server was great keep my cup full an had a great personality I will be back for more

Terrible service. We waited for over an hour to be seated and ended up leaving before being seated because the hostess was condescending and showed favoritism to people she knew (she seated people who showed up after us and told people who she knew that showed up an hour after us that they would be seated before us). It stinks, too, because I usually have a great experience at other Chili's.
