CB's delivers quality, well-smoked barbeque. The sausage and chicken are recommended and come in generous, tasty portions. The old-school decorated, dome-shaped building is a true smokehouse and ready to feed a family. Easily the best in Kingsville.
I stopped here to eat while traveling, it was great. The ribs are good and you can tell they take their time making this delicious food. Prices are good too.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE'VE TRIED THEIR B.B.Q. THE FIRST TIME WAS OK, THE SECOND TIME, & FOR MY FAMILY & AS MANY FRIENDS THAT I CAN POSSIBLE 'WARNED' THE LAST TIME! !! WE BOUGHT FROM THEIR MOBIL UNIT AT WAL MART IN KINGSVILLE TX. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BUY STUFF TO 'GO'(OR TAKE HOME ) YOU DON'T KNOW, YOU WERE SERVE/GIVEN STUFF THAT LOOKS & TASTES LIKE 'RUBBER , WRAP WITH PAPER WARMED UP WITH BBQ SAUCE. IF THIS IS THE WAY 'CB'S' IS DOING BUSINESS NOW , HE NEEDS TO CLOSE SHOP,ASAP, BEFORE SOMEBODY GETS SICK OR WORSE ! MAYBE WILL CALL 'CHANNEL 10' TO INVESTIGATE PS, WE GAVE MOST OF THE SO CALL 'MEAT' TO MY DOG, HE TOOK IT & BURIED IT !
This is the spot for a good down to earth barbecue... the sauce is excellent. ..great idea buying by the pound for large groups. ..food came out super quick...the decor is just like having a back yard cook out! !!
