Laurie's Too Tea Room
Reviews
The kind of restaurant you would expect in the oh-so-lovely Georgetown town square. My boyfriend's mom and I decided to drop in for a light lunch after we spent some time shopping and drinking some wine in the square. We shared the meatloaf platter and she also had the daily soup, which she liked. The meatloaf was OK, nothing terribly special. It was topped with a ketchup/tomato sauce. The mashed potatoes was actually really interested. In tasted like box but then fresh grated potatoes was added for a different texture. It wasn't bad, just different. My boyf's mom LOVED the broccoli salad! She inhaled it. Service was friendly and fast.
Normal looking cafe, amazing food. The staff are very friendly. Best chicken salad. The quiche is fantastic, any flavor. Also get an order of potato patties, they are really addictive. Cobbler is ok.
"Laurie's Too" is my favorite place to eat in Georgetown. All of their items are wonderful and the staff is very kind and helpful. Once you have been to "Laurie's Too" you will want to go back as often as possible - it is "that" good!! Betty Marks
The broccoli slaw is great. Also recommend the chili and chowder. The staff are extremely friendly. Only downside is that this place closes @ 3pm daily, and isn't open on Sundays.
Took my family here when they were visiting me from out of town and they loved it! It is everyone's favorite restaurant! Everything is excellent! We even got a cake for our daughter's Baptism.
