best breakfast tacos in the area. Need to work on their plumbing, but the food has been delicious! Update: $8 for 2 lunch tacos? Too expensive. No drink, no rice, no beans. Just 2 tacos. Not good. Update: 5-6-14 Came for dinner. Sat down. After 10 minutes stopped someone to ask for chips and salsa. After 20 minutes, went to bar to ask for a menu. After 35 minutes got to order. Waitress was nice and brought some food early for my little one and even thought to cool it a bit. Asked for some tortillas with my meal and did not get them (actually, only received 1) until my food was cold. No apology, no discount, no nothing. Come for breakfast only I guess...
Very good, friendly and nice people. Plus walking distance from my house. :)
Solid Tex-Mex, but nothing too special.
The Mexican coke they sell on a glass.bottle is correct it is coke made with sugar food is OK as well
I was excited to see a Tex Mex place open up closer to the house so I wouldn't have to drive into town. I was bummed after I ate there. I ordered the Tilapia $10 plate rather than the less expensive fish taco trio because it came with guacamole. The guacamole salad was literally a teaspoon of guacamole on a big bed of shredded lettuce. My corn tortillas were hard around the edges as if they had been nuked too long. The fish fillet was cooked in too much oil making it greasy. And hey, lose the plastic plates, I felt like I was dining at an elementary school cafeteria rather than a restaurant. The good points were friendly service, good salsa and $2 beers.
