It was a bit of a drive to the middle of nowhere but it was all worth it. The FBN medium rare steak I got was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. It had a charred grilled flavor that I absolutely love. The waitress was great to talk to. The food took a bit considering it was nearly empty that day, but it didn't bother me. The atmosphere kept me occupied. The chicken fried steak my girlfriend had was top notch. She wouldn't stop talking about it days after going. If you have the time and patience for the drive, fly by night will be worth the time. Their staff is open to any criticisms you may have; Thus improving their businesses for the better. Highly recommend it. Going back there again tonight for a date.
Ohhhhhh my. What an incredible find, one of the best steaks ever made by man kind. The steak was perfectly cooked with just enough of a charred crust to make you certain it was made with love. But wait, save room for the banana pudding - if I ever get to go on foodnetwork and tell the world the best dessert I ever ate it would be this pudding. My life is now complete.
I have eaten here a few times for lunch and dinner since they've opened. One thing to note is they are not open every day during the week. Everything I've tried on the menu was fantastic and the atmosphere is great. The Chicken Fried Steak is hands down the absolute BEST I've ever tasted. Prices are a little on the high side, but it's well worth it.. you get what you pay for! I recommend Fly By Night to anyone looking for a good meal and cozy atmosphere.

I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak. It was one of the 5 bests Chicken Fried steaks I have had in my lifetime. The other members of our party also enjoyed their meals. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is they are still having some growing pains of having just opened in April and being successful...
