Chili's

Most of the waitresses do a great job (Ali, RyAnn)... They remember our orders every time we come in. That's service. However, Justin the manager is not very personable and when THEY make mistakes, he reluctantly extends a satisfaction demeanor. Somewhat of a jerk. It's a shame because we frequent this restaurant quite frequently. The past managers have been spectacular. We really miss Brock.
Bad greeter, bad service, overcooked ribs, crumbly loaded mashed potatoes with no flavor, overcooked corn on the cob with no seasoning. Contacted Chili's about this bad experience, and have heard nothing from them.
Chilis is a good place to eat, but the service is going to be hit and miss. Sometimes your waiter will be good, sometimes you'll feel like you don't even have one. Other than that, the only other thing I have to complain about is the reduction in quality of the steak at ALL chilis not just this one. Back when I first started eating chilis in the early 2000's, this wasn't an issue. But once the economy took a downturn, you could tell it in their steak. They clearly switched suppliers to someone who offers cheaper beef, and it shows. I hope when things pick back up, (like when we get a republican in office on not some anti-business socialist scum) that chilis will be able to afford to buy the good beef again for their steaks.
The service and atmosphere were excellent, however, the quality of the food was inconsistent.
One girl working the bar and 10 tables. Food came out terrible within five minutes of ordering.
