Jimmy John's
Reviews

Jimmy John's has great sandwiches however, this particular location is lacking. I asked the guy to make me his favorite sandwich (always something I do for variety and so the employees can get creative). Unbeknownst to me, all I ended up getting was the bread, three slices of ham and two pieces of cheese. I paid full price for a sandwich that was half-ass made, had not a single veggie or condiment put on it. Terrible customer service! It's obvious that the people working at this location do not care about the quality of the food they are preparing or the integrity of this company's outstanding reputation for a great sandwich and awesome customer service.

Kinda bummed. There is a jimmy johns less than 2 miles from my house, and yet the freaky fast delivery I hear so much about is unavailable to my area... What the heck. I am hoping to repost on this once I can try their services. I hear their sandwiches are pretty good....

Jimmy John's makes a great sandwich and they make it fast. My favorite thing about them is that they have a wide range of standard choices ranging from sandwiches that are meat only without all the fixings all the way up to the kitchen sink with everything. Usually I have to list out exactly what I want, but at Jimmy John's my choice is already listed on the menu and I can just order that. Super convenient!

Not sure what the deal is... usually Jimmy John's is a cheery place with attentive staff (almost too attentive, if there is such a thing!) who practically have your sandwich ready by the time you finish your order. My experience today at this location was unusually disappointing: the guy at the cash register gave me a half-hearted "hi" as I walked in, and quietly took my order (#1 with chips and a drink). He didn't hand me a cup for my drink, so I had to reach over the counter to grab one from the stack as he looked on, giving no apology or offer to help; I walked over to the drink station and had to wait while an employee filled three cups of soda for her (and her coworkers'?) personal lunch, and was then kindly handed my sandwich by another employee who told me to have a nice day. Later, when I sat down to eat back at my office, I found a hair (not my own) in the sandwich wrapper, and the veggies on the sandwich were tiny and sad. The sandwich tasted good and had plenty of meat/cheese/condiments otherwise, though. Overall not a terrifying experience, but not the usual splendor I have come to expect from JJs. Perhaps I will try a different location from now on...

Every once in a while they really are freaky fast. Sometimes not so much, but still pretty quick. I think that's the case across all Jimmy John's. I like this location because it's convenient for me and I have yet to have a bad sandwich from them. The bread is pretty consistent and they are staffed well so you aren't waiting long.
