On the way to Big Bend, we dropped by Saddle Club to grab some food. We were surprised to find them serving tapas dishes in a bar setting, but more importantly were surprised at the quality of the food. We had their blackened chicken tenders which were very tender and juicy. If you are to get anything from the Saddle Club, choose their very unique Irish eggrolls. This eggroll comes stuffed with corned beef and cabbage and served along with a special mustard sauce. It's great and you'll be hard pressed to find it anywhere else.
The bartenders are profound mixologists and welcome you with open arms. They do mix their own secret concoctions that a friend of mine already knew about. The food is the dee-lish-us. I ordered the Epic Fries and the name is befitting. I can only imagine the rest of their menu(which I will try upon another visit to Alpine). The interior is well thought out to fit the western/mountain theme. Great place!
Absolutely a blast every time I go! Whether you are looking for great music, RIDICULOUSLY good food, quick bar service or just a nice relaxing spot to end your night, they have you covered! If you haven't been there, then go check it out!
10 minutes after walking in I felt like I knew everyone in here. Staff was sure to include everyone in the conversation as if I was a local. Nice selection of locals brews and great bar food. Try the Epic Fries. The name says it all!
these dudes are good dudes. we were waiting for a train for 6hrs - the food is great, the music good and the waiters are top blokes. big up my main Bros at the Saddle Club
