Again worst Mc Donalds ever. The kids working the register don't care about customers and walk away leaving the customer hanging. Even the manager just looks at you and doesn't say we will be right with you, they leave you hang. I was left hanging for 10 minutes and went to SUBWAY where they give great service. We have never been treated this bad in any McDonalds.
we placed our order and told him to remove an item we didnt want and he never told us when it was ready we asked for two spicy mc chicken meals and only got one i had asked for all meals regular and he charged me all large and got the regular i had to go place a seprate ordxer after that then when we where eating we saw that one of the fries had a nasty burnt hair we asked to speak to maneger and they kept saying she was on drive thru but it looked like she had time they ignored us all the time i went up to the counter and was ignored probally i just wanted to place another order but they just ignored nme and had lots of ppl behind me finally i just told him i was unsatisfid with the poor communication they have with custummors and the poor cleaning they have its a pretty dirty place i would not go there again their service is poorly
Love McDonald, but this one was very poorly managed. They charged $1.00 for water, they locked the front door and made us walk around the side of the building in the dark after they closed, they left a dirty mop bucket out that stank up the dining room, my burger was cold, they had tacking handwritten signs telling people not to touch the television, the manager and crew were sitting down watching the Spurs game instead of taking care of this business. Pathetic!
Horrible service, horrible food! The sandwiches are gross, lettuce was dark brown it just taste nasty. On top of all this I got charge $1 for water from the fountain. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.
