Yum! Very tasty food and friendly staff. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and stole a couple of bites of the chicken parm from my husband's plate. Both were great.
I rate the food very high and depending on what you order, you can get what you need and more. I was not a fan of the more Italian dishes as per its name but all other items are quite good. The only problem would be service but this is a problem indicative of the region, which isn't a cop out. Sometimes, I get great service here, other times lacking. Coffee is otherwise outstanding.
Great coffee, but the so-called 'Italian' food is lame and the portions are tiny. I can make better food at home.
Best restaurant in Alpine. Very authentic Italian, great menu items with frequent specials. Wonderful coffee house and atmosphere. Pricey, but worth it. Service can be variable. Never had the same waiter twice. High turnover.
We were looking forward to trying out this place...too bad the only thing we got to experience is the door. So if your posted hours are that you're open til 10pm....STAY OPEN TIL 1O! Or...just be honest, put a little asterisk by your closing time and that you're open til 10pm* *Please note, we MAY be open til 10pm but we may shut down at 9:15 because there are only 9 people in the restaurant and we consider that slow. Please call in advance so you don't waste your time driving 23 miles only to be told you closed the kitchen? WTF?
