Logan's Roadhouse
Reviews
Why can't Logan's Restaurants be consistent with one another. We went to Mufreesboro yesterday and while there stopped at Logan's to eat. Tried the new rum glazed salmon and it was great. I ask if they had lunch portions and she said certainly. Went to the Logan's today at The Crossingsin Spring Hill and ordered the lunch portion the waiter said no they didn't cut the salmon. They didn't offer lunch portions. I told him I had gotten the lunch portion in Murfreesboro yesterday. Again he said no they didn't cut the salmon. How can they offer lunch portions at one place and not another. The waiter didn't offer to ask the manger just flatly said no.We visit Logan' at least 2 to 3 times a week. We have been eating at The Sring Hill Logan's since it was built and at other Logan's before that but don't know if we will be back to the Spring Hill Logan's service and food is going down hill. What the heck happened to Logan's roadhouse !!!! Three strikes and you're out. Tonight was the final strike. Crappy service, and all the food was cold with the exception of the baked potatoes. Awful!!!! Attention Manager of Logan's : in case you haven't heard, there is a Longhorn coming next door to you... I hear they serve their food hot! Losing me as a customer will not affect your business at all, but I wonder how many people in spring hill tn feel the same as I do ? So to Clarify: My wife and I went to Logan's in Spring Hill, TN. for a steak dinner. We (were) regulars there, at least once every two weeks or so. The Hostess was very nice and she sat us down right away because they weren't very busy. I watched all the waiters and waitresses walk right by our table at least 20 times but not one of them would make eye contact with us. After 9 minutes of just sitting there, my wife and I left, and we enjoyed a nice Subway sandwich instead. We got great service there. Sure, the manager tried to make it up to us by asking me to stay and the dinner would have been on him, but, If I was looking for a free meal, I would just go to my Mom's house. I will gladly pay for any restaurant food that is good. I will also pay for food that suck, I just won't ever go back. Logan's couldn't even bring me a Coke that night, nevermind the steak...I'm done with Logan's, I just want Longhorn to hurry up and start building already!!!!!
The staff is usually friendly, but the food is poor to fair at best. Be especially cautious when you are getting take out. Check in each box. On my most recent trip the chicken was so overcooked it was chalky and since they left out my sauce it was practically inedible. The butter was put in the same box with the hot rolls, so it was completely melted. The side salad I ordered came with the dressing already on it instead of on the side, which left the lettuce soggy and discolored by the time we got home to eat. Sometimes the food is ok, but more often than not it isn't good.
the place is nice and so are the waiters, ive been there twice but both times me or somebody i went with got undercooked food. the times they werent undercook the food was good though.
This place is really hit or miss. A few times we've received exceptional service and great food. Other times we've received decent service and cold food or burnt food. All in all it's pretty good but I'd prefer a little more consistency from the kitchen.
