Im sitting right here looking at my plate still full of the cold mashed potatoes that were served along side of my rare steak that was supposed to be medium rare and my steamed veggies that should be labled as un-steamed more like briefly microwaved veggies. I was served my food a good 10 minutes before my wife and kids food arrived. My middle childs food was served around 7 minutes after that by the door greeter/ bartender/ waiter/busboy(all the same person)
I came at 4:30 to put a to go order in, one of the leaving waitress said hi to me and left. I sat out there and waited for 20 mins and noone came to take my order and no one came to help me. They all were talking, now I work fast food and I understand but that was rude and I will not be coming back!
the waiter was horrible, the food was very good, the hostess young man was excellent , did no0t leave a tip. The man was rather a bigot or whatever, everyone else got how is your food, he did not, then ran after us to say we did not sign the check, it was signed. We got the wrong restaurant we met to go to Chilli. Thank you
Food and service always great at this location!
Waitress and a manager camped out at the table behind us and had a loud conversation with the people behind us for our entire meal.
