awful communication skills if there is a small problem. doesn't offer any type of solution. customer service extremely disappointing, disrespectful, and unprofessional. would not recommend for any important occasion.
My local Hometown florist and gift shop. Perfect every time I have purchased items they are so beautiful and the ‘Chocolates’….. yummm. From birthday, to Valentine's day, to my daughter's wedding. Absolutely Beautiful. I could not ask for more personable customer service. The little added details just make everything pop. The staff are so accommodating for last minute touches and spur of the moment “oh I forgot to order ……”.
There is nothing to dislike about the Chocolate Rose! Everything is unique about this place from the chocolates, to the flowers, to the best business owner you will ever meet. Thank you Tammy for your outstanding character and workmanship! You have truly blessed the community!
Tammy, owner of the Chocolate Rose, is wonderful! She consistently provides unique and personable gift ideas. My family and friends all all happy that I found Tammy. Now, they get gift "just because." She has created birthday gifts, thank you flower arrangement, Christmas decorations and even a decoration for my mantle. If you need a florist in the area, I would highly recommend calling the Chocolate Rose. She is working on fruit bouquets (great for new moms in the hospital) and chocolate that is out of this world. Trust me, the Chocolate Rose is truly one of a kind!!!
