service is great. atmosphere is great. bbq is not unique, actually pretty bland. sauce needs a major facelift. mustard and black pepper do not "Georgia sauce" make. had a great time, just pass on the food.
Mediocre bar BBQ. The drifter BBQ sauce and coleslaw tasted horrible. The baked beans, straight out of a can with some ugly looking bacon added. The french fries were actually fair, think McDonalds...with more salt. Only thing above average was the service. If you're looking to get drunk and eat you'll enjoy; otherwise, walk down the hill and have some swell pizza at...Five Points Pizza.
During a long road trip, we stopped to eat in Nashville late at night and randomly chose to go here when we discovered that Jack's Bar-b-que was closed for the night. There was great live music playing in the outdoor part. Great service and delicious food. Try the sweetwater 420, it's a delicious epa!
Love this place
The BBQ was good, but not great. I went with the sliders to get a good sampling of 3 different meats. Meat was very tender and juicey. I highly recommend the Sweet and Smokey sauce over the others, and if you like hot sauces, make sure to ask.
