First off I want to state that the staff was excellent. The gentleman at the register and the lady who served us were helpful, attentive, kind, and responsive. The food and menu were adequate at best. I had the mushroom burger/fries and my wife had chicken strips/onion rings. The burger was ok. I'd rather have one from Red Robin to be honest. The onion rings had a residual taste as if they have been deep fried in the same oil as catfish which made them pretty much disgusting. The other patrons were a noisy lot carrying on while we were trying to peacefully enjoy our meal. A gentleman sitting next to us who had what appeared to be a half eaten breakfast plate and a lunch plate appeared to be camping for the day and was laughing periodically to himself, we think, which was kinda creepy. I think it's the staff's responsibility to maintain the decorum of the dining facility and they just failed, unless that was the decorum they were looking for in which case the were excelling fantastically. Bottom line, the food is edible but. it wasn't good enough to pull us back for a second helping.
The hostess led us past several clean tables and directed us to a table with dishes and crumbs left from previous guests. She told us that our server will be with us shortly and walked away. We were left there standing, refusing to sit. The people at the table next to us were taking about how messed up and wrong it was being offered a dirty table. I thought perhaps the hostess would tell someone to take care of the table. But after standing there a few minutes we walked out telling the hostess we would not be dining. She seemed satisfied to have driven away the minority.

ok so.the food is hot&fresh but i was turned off when i saw a big flying cockroach that almost landed on my daughter&i!!!!! JUST GROSS&I HAVENT BEEN BACK SINCE
