Our Student Convention brings several hundred people to the Cookeville area every year. We visited this particular store tonight and with over 30 paying customers. We were aware of the time and were moving through the line quickly and respectfully. The shift manager stood and hollered from the register that her system would shut down at 10. That if there were people in the store not ordering to EXIT THE BUILDING. We were all ordering and if we didn't get through the line before 10 then we couldn't order. She locked the doors a few minutes early and stood guard by the door. Needless to say after we paid near $200 in 15 minutes we will NOT visit this location again.
The outdoor seating is great when the weather is great. The place is little small and a walk-in order of just a latte can take considerable time if the drive through is busy.

I reaLLy Love everytime I go in! Went on my birthday a few days ago, the guy there, did his best to make my Latte perfect!
