Kept me waiting for almost two hours! The only reason I waited that long is because they'd already taken my money. I used to work at a McDonalds, a very similar one under the same franchise ownership as this one, and I know it wouldn't have taken half the time they took to make each order even if they did so individually. What were they doing in there?
