Let me start off by saying the food was great. The service was not. Me nor my wife got offered a refill on our drinks the kids didn't need a refill thankfully, it took an hour to get our pizza and there were only 2 other families in the building so 10 ppl including us. When we went to pay my wife got charged for her water, tho he did remove that item from the bill. It almost seems like there was no management and lack of training with the employees that were left to fend for themselves. The bathrooms male and female according to my wife were both horrible. My wife said there were paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor and looked dirty. We had been in the car for 8 he's coming back from vacation we thought it would be an alright dinner and maybe take about 45 mins then drive another 3hrs back home....2 hrs later we are finally in our way. Other that that yea it was ok.
Two yrs. Is the best review we have. I tell you what my names David come in and tell them you want the 10 dollars hand toss any pizza. You get up to 3 toppings. Or speciality pizza for ten bucks. Great deal add a order of bread sticks and a 2.llitter for additional. 5 bucks. Taxes are not included. Hope to see you there.
They decided not to bring my food. didnt call or notify me in any way until i called them to see why it had been an hour without food by then it was too late to order anything else
Good food and exceptional service from Kayla. Really enjoyed the experience.
Our food was fresh and hot, but the highlight was our waitress, Jessandra. She was super-polite, friendly, and professional...a nice surprise for a chain restaurant.
