This was one of the worst food experiences I've ever had, anywhere. Rude employees, long wait times, poor quality and cold food are all you will find here. I will never return to this location or any other Hardees as far as I am concerned based on how this location is operated.
The women taking our order in the drive through had a horrible attitude right from the start, it took 30 minutes to get our food and we had to park and walk in to get it. There were others requesting their money back after waiting so long they would rather go somewhere else. The employees were in the back, but visible, goofing off and laughing. They had no regard for the ridiculous line of people waiting for their order, or to have their order fixed. This was my first time at a Hardee's and it was an absolute disgrace.
They were out of soap in the ladies room. The tables were dirty. We ordered milkshakes and didn't get them with our order because the ice cream needed to thaw. When we finished eating, we went to get a refund since our milkshakes never came and they pulled them out half melted and handed them to us. They were also out of ketchup and never refilled while we were there even though we told them about it. I will never eat there again.
Great, Anthony took my order and Lisa brought it out. I Had a great experience but I thing Someone stole my catalic conveter off my car while I was eating that great burger. I am always going to watch my car from now on.
I love the view of it.
