On the way across the state we got a flat and pulled into Orangeburg Nissan. They immediately recognized that the tire couldn't be patched & they didn't have that type of tire in stock. Even though we don't have a Nissan, they located a tire at a nearby shop, went to get it for us and replaced our flat - in the late afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. They were all so incredibly nice and I couldn't be more appreciative. Definitely a place that deserves your business!

I actually do not remember which service this was as I am so fond of the service department staff that I just go by to say "Hello!" and return the loving kindness that they have shown me. If it was putting the new tire on after a poorly engineered drain at a curb slashed it, the staff was very quick to match the tire on the car, get it into the bay, replace the spare under the car, and mount the damaged tire so that I could take it to DOT. I only ever had one negative experience in service and when I brought it to the attention of the supervisor, he dealt with it quite promptly and judiciously.

After work on January 11th, I went to the parking lot and found my Cube wouldn't start. I had a friend drive me to the Orangeburg Nissan dealership, walked in to the Service Center and told Cedric Parker "My cube won't start." Within 45 minutes, I was driving home in an electric Leaf, and everything from towing my stranded cube to completing the repair was hassle free. They even came to my work site to pick up the Leaf and recharge it while repairing my cube. Outstanding service!!
